Well, it was one exciting weekend!! We had trouble with our 360, but then came out strong at Kville for the 410 show. It was great. Although we didn't come away with the win, 3rd felt pretty good. We then went to Husets and got 2nd quicktime and continued from there. I tell you, the car was fast. We had some hick-ups, but everything is great.
I started 14th and got all the way up to 5th on the white flag before my tire started going down. We ended up 9th, but the positive is, WE ARE FAST!!!
That is a great feeling to get into car and know that you can do your thing and everything will work out.
Thanks to all of the fans that came down after the race. We appreciate it!!!!

ITS A WIN!!!!
We just won at Belleville,KS. It was a great weekend for SA Racing. We ran strong at Husets posting a 13th finish with the WoO. We then headed to Knoxville and fnished 4th. Then to top the weekend off, we won at the long half mile at Belleville, KS.
Our team contiunes to get stronger as our engine program continues to improve. Wesmar has built solid motors that are proving themselves night after night. JEI has put together great chassis that Barry continues to help setup. We can't forget Vortex wings that are helping us stay planted on the dirt!!! All in all, things are great.
I also can't forget my crew of Buns and Ace. A lot of you do not realize that without them, I would not be where I am today. They put a lot of long nights in, night after night and never complain. So next time you stop by the pits, tell them THANKS.
Well, I'm tired tonight and have a great week of racing ahead of us.

It was a great night of racing at Knoxville for SA Racing. We timed in well and ran third in our heat. The track was taking rubber and was very hard to pass. We ran second in the A main the entire night and placed second.
I couldn't be happier with the crew and the car. I was lucky at the end because the tire was bald and didn't have many more laps in it. However, it got the job done.
We travel to Husets on Sunday for another 410 show. Hope to see you there.

Finally a weekend full of racing! It seemed like an eternity since the SA Racing 22 has hit the race track. Although it did show as I made some crucial mistakes in the World of Outlaw show on Saturday and ended up with a 21st place finish. It was then onto Huset's Speedway in Brandon SD to open up there weekly night of racing. We had our second DNF of the year in the A feature. Thursday will be another week of Tornado Alley written by the Legend Bill Wright. So be sure to check back Thursday morning to find out about our weekend and what's next for SA Racing.

Practice night at Knoxville went well except for the very end. We brought our second car out, had it warmed up and in staging....low and behold it started to rain. It poured for about 10 minutes then stopped. It was a bummer we couldn't go out, but it wasn't a big deal.
We ran strong and the crew is working well together. I can't say enough about Buns and ACE, they are doing a great job.
We'll see if we are able to run the WoO show tomorrow at Knoxville, barring weather. You never know what mother nature has in store for you.
If you're able to make it to Knoxville, it should be a heck of a show!!!

Another washout weekend for SA Racing and most of the midwest race teams. This will be my sixth season behind the wheel of a sprint car and I have never experienced this many cancellations in a row. We cannot control mother nature however we can still complain about it. This coming weekend is another weekend full of the World of Outlaws. We are off to Cameron Missouri on Friday night to compete with the WoO at US 36 Raceway. Then it's on to Knoxville for the rescheduled WoO show.
Hope to see you there!!!!

It was a successfull weekend for SA Racing. We tested Friday night and things went well. We then went to the Outlaw show in Pevely. It was a great feeling to be in a 410 again. We were fast and I had fun. We made it to the A main, but after a tumble we didn't get the 40 laps that we wanted. The good news is, the car is just fine. The wing was mess up, but other than that, things are good.
After leaving Pevely, we headed back to Eagle. Although we had just crashed a car, spirits were high and we moved on to the next race with the 360 car. We meet our goal of fnishing in the top 5 behind Terry Mc Carl. That's pretty awesome considering the track was taking rubber and was hard to pass.
Thanks for all of the fans that came out to Ealge!!! We'll see you at I-80 Speedway this friday.

Tonight was a good night. We made it to the A-Main and moved forward. The track changed mid night and we had to make adjustments as the temp dropped to 46 degrees. The car responded to the changes we made and I'm feeling good this early in the season.
Stay tuned as we will be at Eagle Raceway this coming week. Come by the trailer and say hi after the race.
Hope to see you there!!!

Things are moving forward as we are in Oklahoma City racing this weekend. Tonight was a bit rough. The car is starting to come together as we are getting it dialed in. Some things caught us by surprise, but at the same time we found what the problem was.
Each race is getting us closer to where we need to be, up front.
Stay tuned to see how things go on Saturday.
Take care-Billy

Hello everyone. March 16, 2008
Things went better as we tweaked what was needed on the car. Being out on the track again felt great and we are moving in the right direction. There are tons of adjustments needed, but I feel confident where we are and where we are going.
Check back next week to see how things go in Oklahoma City.
Talk to you soon, Billy.
Hello everyone. Billy here from Mesquite, Texas March 15, 2008.
It's obvious our finish wasn't what any of us hoped for, but we learned a lot and will continue working to get faster. We have a lot of room for improvement and the right people are here to make that happen. The new car and new engine caught us off guard, but we know what needs to be done tonight.
Tonight is another night and we'll do our best to make our fans proud.
Talk to you soon, Billy.
