When it comes to Physical Therapy, there could not be a better candidate to judge the quality than Billy Alley.  “For three years I pretty much lived in a Physical Therapy Clinic,” stated Billy.  If any of you are familiar with Billy’s past, he tore his Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) three times.  The ACL is one of the major ligaments that provides stability to the knee.
